      My present NBI is 2004 and they only accept 2008 and above. I left Phils. in 2004 and been working around the world! hehe And guess what?? I only went for a vacation when i decided to meet my fiance in Phils.! :D

      SO I will need a fingerprint form from Phil. embassy and have my finger print done then send my NBI application.Maybe I will go on tuesday to collect my Police certificate from DPHQ and go to embassy. It's a lot of work! :)

      Yeah you have to go through like the first time you will apply for NBI clearance. Good luck on our journey. :-)))))
