    I made an inquiry to St. Lukes through email and here's the response. Normally appointment letter is presented to us during the medical examination. However it is your discretion to have the medical examination without the appointment letter for as long as you know your "case number" and "visa preference category".

      so it means, ang mga guard lang may pakana nun sabi na dapat me interview appointment.Kaya sis, u print that reply from St.Lukes at ipakita mo sa guard kung sobra nilang strict..I heard sa mga guard lang kasi yan na sobrang strict
