      ds - 156 is supplement for none immigrant visa,if k-1 was considered an immigrant visa you wouldnt have to fill it at all

      yes you have to asnwer 29-31. if you havent been to the US just marked NO. for #36 is for IMMIGRANT Visa your is a NONIMMIGRANT VISA so its a NO
