Inshallah the congressman will be able to get better results and hopefully speed up the process for you. In my K1 process, the embassy emailed the 3.5 Packet to the wrong email address and then wouldn't respond to our inquiries regarding our case status. However, my congressman contacted them and they responded with an attached packet in short time. Good luck! Have faith.

Thanks for ur support its really tough to wait for AP i am waiting since 13 months. I have involved my congressman from USCIS stage therefore i am not that much worrried coz the congressman is doing great great job they understand our pain. Plz pray for us as well as for EAbas..

Called DOS again twice and both representative said that visa has been issued June 13th.

I was told that mine was issued on 14th June. Did you contact with embassy?

Nope i have contacted congressman they told my fiancee that visa is documentarily approved and issued but it has not been released by the embassy as of June 19, 2012. However it will be released in 2 or 3 days after assembling complete visa packet and i will be getting it in next week may be wed or thursday. let hope for the best

what re they asking for an rfe?

For me they asked for evidence of meeting in last two years primary and secondary evidence. I have submitted ticket bt forgot to submit visa exit entry page. Now i am submitting that page together wd 45 photos of us together

Hello, thank you! Yes my status did change to RFE response review after they received my response. I did not expect it to be so fast. I got the email for the RFE on 9-16-11 and the hard copy on 9-18-11. Then I mailed my response on 9-22-11, I used overnight delivery. Then I got the email saying that they received my response on 9-25-11. Finally today 9-28-11 I got the good news. My status online also changed today to post decision activity. So you're looking for about 12 days or 2 wee...

So i need to wait for some days to get the approval. I am worried that they have actually got me response or not i have the signed return receipt but i am still affraid that after expiration of deadline if they said we didnt receive your response then what will i do.
