    Called DOS on friday 1 rep said congratz ur visa issued called again then rep said AP called again 3rd time then rep said its issued on June 13th and some representative dont look at K-1 visa screen so 2nd representative may have said AP in misunderstanding. Today june 18 still no call from Amex any idea ???????? Is DOS reliable

      Nope i have contacted congressman they told my fiancee that visa is documentarily approved and issued but it has not been released by the embassy as of June 19, 2012. However it will be released in 2 or 3 days after assembling complete visa packet and i will be getting it in next week may be wed or thursday. let hope for the best

      Packet 3.5 is detail of doc required for further processing of case at embassy and when u submit all those docs they will issue u an interview letter

      Thanks for ur support its really tough to wait for AP i am waiting since 13 months. I have involved my congressman from USCIS stage therefore i am not that much worrried coz the congressman is doing great great job they understand our pain. Plz pray for us as well as for EAbas..

    Dear god please I beg you now our baby has arachnoid cyst in her brain taking up 33% and is now suffering severe headaches pls god I can't go thru brain surgery with our daughter without my husband by my side I pray to god she won't need it but if she does it won't e fair for him not to be here I'm heartbroken

    45 days since interview and i am still in AP

      I was very depressed due to slow progress of my visa due to which i abandoned using visajourney and sending emails to embassy. I want to work in office peacefully this visa processing had made my life hell. Anyways embassy put my case on AP for 3 to 6 Months which is very normal for pakistani males i should be thankfull atleast they didnt deny me. Hepefully i will be going US in may 2012 due to some personal reason.

      no there was no touch before approval. when they touched 1st time i got straight RFE then on 2nd touch they changed my status to RFE response review then on 3rd touch i got approved.

      So i need to wait for some days to get the approval. I am worried that they have actually got me response or not i have the signed return receipt but i am still affraid that after expiration of deadline if they said we didnt receive your response then what will i do.
