    I just noticed that fiance didn't Sign the 1040's he sent me? WILL THAT MATTER? BUT I do have his IRS transcripts and I think that contains more Detailed of what he make..Will that be Enough? To be safe I got his 1040'(not signed) Copies of W2s and the Orginal Transcripts from 2008-2010..

      If it's electronically done OK lang walang signature.. :) understandable na yun.. IRS Transcripts should say it all :) better parin merong w2 at 1040 hehe para back up PayStubs narin LOL :D

    for those visa's approved and ready to fly...if u have time u can visit the MOA ..there is a TRAVEL EXPO ...and u might get ur ticket at the lowest rate....JUST FOR THE INFO.....I WENT THERE YESTERDAY THE RATE IS LIKE USD300 -400 TO U.S

    how many pages ba ang tax return?kasi cheneck ko skin dto 1 page lang nong 2008 pindla ng fiance ko at 1 page sa 2009 sa front lang ata ang snend nya at wla akong nkitang signature nya...

      I have red kagabi na mas Ok pag IRS transcripts meron ka yun na kasi ang detaild info ng tax returns nya :) and kung meron ka nun,ok na kung walang 1040 at w2 :) Your fiance can request for his Transcripts through phone at no cost :) and he'l get it less than 2 weeks :) eto IRS #, 1-800-829-1040

      ok lang yan.. ang concern lang ng US e yung walang TB,walang AIDS walan ano mang Virus.. so Don't worry :) And yes merong me sipon at ubo na nakasabay ko sa Medical :)) You're GOOOd!

    hi to all. ive got a few question i hope someone could enlighten me about this matter.. after the USem received our case, how long until i received the USem letter? would that be through email or snail mail(postmail) also? Thank you.. btw, my fiance wrote incorrect zipcode of my address in the I129f from, does it matter?? thank you

      I only had a copy of my NOA2 and an email from NVC with the MNL case number and they let me do the Medical.. okay na yan..:) Tapos wag na hintayin ang USEM letter pag active na ang case USEM pwede na mgpa set ng Interview after paying :) Good Luck

    Dearest VJ Friends... I am approved!!!!! Thanks to the Lord God!!! The interview goes well, simple questions about me and my husband (well I do kinda demo also at the consul about our photos hehehe) Hopefuly they will deliver my visa this monday... Thank you so much for all the prayers...

      Welcome po! I'm done with my medical.. just waiting for my Interview :) I still feel bad about that Girl who gt denied ..Katakot dn yang magpa Co-Sponsor,baka bigla nalang mag back-out..I'm just GLAD we won't need one..GOOD LUCK SA LAHAT!! :)

    ad news from someone I knw.. USEM denied her Visa as her Fiance's Income is insufficient and knowing they had a Lawyer to do the papers is even more Frustrating..       Got mine last week LOL :)) and It was dated Feb 9 which was my Medical :) I called USEM for Interview Feb.10 :) I could have called them right after I paid for my Interview pero Gusto ko kasi Last Week of March na alis kaya yun.. Pwede Mo na bayaran yung Interview Fee mo Kriseve tapos tawag agad for your Interview date :) eto number ginamit ko (02) 982-5555

      Apparently hindi alam ng couple ang Poverty Guidelines level :( Nag rely lang sa walang kwenta nilang Lawyer.. Kasabay namin sa Medical yang na Deny.. tinawagan lang ako kahapon ng Kasama din namin about it.. I feel sorry..If we only knew she had below the level we could have inform her and they could have just ReSched the Interview.. Wala talaga kwenta Lawyer nila... Oh well.. they can re-apply again.. They could have someone to Co-Sponsor nalang but Hindi nga Nila Alam apparently...

    how will you know that your case was already forwarded to manila?.. yung fianceko lang ba makaka receive ng notification?..

      tawag kayu sa NVC or DOS #202 663 1225 then option 1 then 0 :) He will get a letter from NVC once case forwarded but you can call them para alam mo na ... :)

    our papers on the way to USEManila and got the NVC letter yesterday.. :) So flying soon to Manila..tsk..tsk.. :)

    Does anybody know what the length of time between the medical exams at St. Luke's and the interview date should be? When calling the embassy, they told my fiance 3 to 4 days, but when I called, they told me 2 weeks.

      i will be doing mine on feb.9. you can bring a copy of noa2 and a copy of the letter from nvc with the MNL# on it :)
