  2. My fiance will be using FeDex just to make sure I get all those documents. Especially the contents are original copies.

    He have the following:

*I-134- (does it need to be notarized? some people suggested for that form to be notarized)

    *Employment Letter

*W2's from 2005-2009 ( is that okay? or he needs to get the 2010 too? I bet)

    *Pay stubs

*1040 forms or the Income Tax from 2005-2009( he still have to request for the 2010 ones)

*Bank Statement (dated Nov.5,2010, or does he really need a MOST RECENT ONE like December 2010 or JANUARY 2011? ) It might not be needed but since it's easy to get He just want to add it and a Life Insurance letter too ...

    Are those good already? :unsure::)

    Thanks! :star:

  5. All Other Pending Awaiting customer action Completions Receipts Month & Year

    5660 884 3019 2014 Jul10

    6099 605 1872 1626 Aug10

Guess Work: My place in the Que – July 23 NOA1 Filing Date

On August 30th VCS had 6099 Pending and 605 awaiting Customer Action:

    6099 + 605 = 6,704.00

On July 30th VCS had received a total of 2014 July applications:

I filed on July 23, there are 16 working days ahead of me and 22 working days in the month:

    2014 /22 = 91.54 (rcts per day)

    91.54 * 16 = 1464.64 (number of files received ahead of mine)

    6704 – 2014 = 4690 (number of files from previous month)

    4690 + 1464 = 6154 (number of files ahead of July 23rd filers)

After reviewing official numbers from Excel download from USCIS VCS I 129 F files:

VCS processes on average 3000 (rough) I 129 F Files a month. Operating at above average for 2 months then slowing down for 2 to 3 months depending on the backlog.

Backlog runs at an average of 8000 files per month, triggering an increase in application completions of I 129 F files when that backlog hits over 9k

Current back log is 6704.00 (as of august anyway )

Because I still have to eat ( Lunch)

Last max backlog was in may which triggered a speed up from June 1 to July 30th.

The average processing during slow down periods is 1800 files (rough) and last for 2 to 3 months:

    July 23rd filers:

    6154 / 1800 = 3.41

3.5 is roughly how many months it will take to knock ours out (july 23rd), give or take a week cause im not 100 % sure how they process applications.

Slow downs in our processing correspond to speed ups in other files.

PS: this is not exact as i only did this for one date and one file type ( I 129 fs ). and there are other variables i didnt take into consideration but should be pretty close.

 NOA1 July 23 here too.. well .. let's just wait.. I wonder how many July23 NOA1 got approved now.. There's One i know.. Lisa and Jayson.. If it's 3.5 we'r almost there then

patiently waiting.. it will come anyway.. :star:

I am pleased for the approvals but just wish it was me :(

Agh! I know right! Well i noticed Robert and Victoria's case number as he posted earlier in this forum got "EAC1090218xxx" and my friend Lisa and Jaye got same case number she said (with the -18- after the 10902) and they were both approved on Oct.18 so hopefully they're done approving "18" now and is now moved to "28" then Yey! Our batch turns "38" lolz! that's how i see it :P Soon we will have those NOA2s! So who's got 28 and 38 here? we are Next! I hope if they wont jump in to diff numbers..LOLZ!:whistle:

Haha ME and my Fiancee are very positive of getting it before this month ends hehe.. it's just funny that he normally don't grab a fortune cookie.. and just one day ,,,randomly pick one.. and he got one thats says" Your dream wish will come true within the month" haha so MAYBE!! We Will get that approval sOoon! Hope not Just us.. but All of Us JULy Filers who havnt hv the noa2 yet :D Lest Keep our Fingers CroSsed!! 9. A simple letter on his unit letterhead will be fine. His immediate supervisor then needs to sign. I had my NCOIC (E-7) sign.

Wow.. glad to see this topic.. My fiance waited for like 2mos to get HIS from the Head Quarter in Texas.. and only to get it with NO SIGNATURE :( rrr he's so pissed off that he waited that long and get a letter with no signature.. I wonder if that's OK? a document with no signature i guess wont make it Legal.. But you are suggesting He can get one from his immediate sup and that should be FINE? That's what we tried at first but his Sup refuses and said he couldn't do it and the letter should come from the Head Quarter.. rrr.. Our NOA2 is coming so Soon and we don't want to wait another 2 months getting that employment letter :( hopefully his immediate sup will just do it for him and we will just use the other letter as back up i guess? uhmmm..

Good to know you're form Jax.. my fiance' is like 2 hours from that city :)

  10. I really hope so.. I just want things to move so I have something to look forward to.. just staring into an abyss right now.. Rach and I have been together almost 3 years now and have had to deal with the long distance thing.. for some reason this is the hardest part.. so near yet so far!!

feel for ya! same here.. we're together for 3 years and still doing the long distance thing :( But People! let's not lose HOPE! :) Lets KEEP THE FAITH! we'll hear from them..maybe tomorrow :innocent::dance: Good Luck Everyone! So Near ..Yet So Far! Right :crying:
