I am not sure for K-1 visas. However, the visa will be good for 6 months once issued so unless there is a problem with getting time off work to get to bogota then I would not worry. If it is a problem then when you get your date you simply call the embassy or email them and ask them to reschedule you.

We are in South Carolina but since I travel for my work I periodically get up to the northeast on business.

Good to hear about you and the family. She received her GC at 3 weeks from POE. We went to the SSN office at 2 weeks post POE and they told us we must wait 3 weeks. She went yesterday (just over 4 weeks)and they applied for her and told her she could come back in 3 days for her number and her card would arrive within two weeks.

Well, Claudia and I are finally together. I took a few weeks off after getting her here on 12/29/10. Life is good and she is settling in nicely.
