    one thing I'm looking for - is copies of any electronic notifications (emails) that you received along the way - I want to add them in to the wiki page. I've got SOME there from 2009, but I want to put in some current ones.

    When you have a moment, please review yer email stuff, send me an EMAIL from my PROFILE here (this goes to a real email address on me, I check it daily) and I'll start setting up more instructions for 'what to remove and redact' prior to you sending them to me.

    Well, i would like to do that. But only one thing is that i am in China right now....

    guys, my husband's visa was approved yesterday at GUZHANGZHOU. :dance:

    YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    AlSO, Darnell, can you tell me where i need to write all the process just in case some people need more information about electical processing program in China? i will it's really helpful and fast.

    I-864 form question mumber 26?

    I don't think this will create much of a problem. They're just separated in this way so they can know what money is readily accessible and what money is not. Btw, if you meet the income requirement this section is really not necessary and I wouldn't worry about it. If you don't meet the income req, you'll be fine, just provide bank statements to back up your totals. Either that or fix it and expressmail the new i864 to your wife. Or just fix that page and email it to your wife to print out and replace the incorrect page with.

    thanks...MY income is over the 125% line, but not a lot ,you know..just over the line, since we can't find any co-sponsor and my incomer just over the line, i just show them the checking and saving account money to insure i can do it by myself....

    so for the checking and saving account, i have my bank statment download for past 12 months..that's not problem..but the cerfiticated of deposit , i don't have any thing like monthly statment, they don't give you this...or do they?

    My husband got a Jan 12 interview in China, so what can i do? Fill out another new form for him and let him bring it in case need it. The nvc already have my files in China GUANGZHOU,and do he need another copy of the fixed one? :help:

    Hi ,Guys..just found out i got a problem about I-864 quetsion number 26

    For 26 , its ask your the optional support for your case. So i did added up all money for number a, (all checking and saving accounts), but acutlly, some of them are from my checking and saving account, but some of them from certificated of deposit, but i didn't sepearted them to number c, when i filled out the form ,didn't notice it and made a mistake, added all my checking and saving and certificaed of deposit up and filled it to number a....what can i do right now....man..help me .... :help:

    Congrats golden!!!!! I hope they give you an interview date this week!

    Minted- GUZ China, Montreal Canada, CDJ Mexico, and Turkmenistan (I think it is) are the only places that do the electronic filing though. You have to "opt-in" for that process if you are in one of those place :)

    Womblina- Well we are all here for each other because no matter what the specifics are, we are all in the same boat. :)

    Malvika- kim11 has been around here. You could try PMing her :) That's good that an operator said you didn't have to send anything. Did you check with anyone else just in case?

    I encountered the same problem as dzhu1969 did: I sent out opt-in email on 11/02/2010, paid both AOS & IV fees. Somehow, I still didn't receive any confirmation email from NVCElectronic@state.gov. I called NVC operators twice - the first one said I should wait till I receive the confirmation email with new GZO# and then send out I-864 & DS-230 packages; but I called again yesterday and the lady told we should go ahead to send out both packages and after NVC receives them they will assign the GZO#.

    I am totally lost and don't know who said correct. Any help? Thanks in advance.

    In this case, please wait for the GZO number, look the timeline i had below, we sent out request on 10/30, but didn't get everything back for the rest 2 week, i called NVC several times, at first, the GZO number is still unknown, but on 11/16/10, they told me i had a GZO number, i got the number and sent the doucments right away, but the interesting part it i got my so called comformation mail for the NVC until 11/22, a week later than the acutl GZO number and showed up in my e-mailed box with my GZO number as title. but on 11/19,i had aready e-mailed out my stuff.

    So...it's not hurt when you get the e-mail, but, but , but, pleaes wait for the GZO number, go the website and got your cover letter and e-mail the doucments to them.

    I hope i made it clear. :whistle:

    YEAH,sounds great...just wonder what do they do at the final review step?

    I just called the NVC to confirmed it, not mention how many times i called and how long is that...than a lady told me the case is in this final review and suggested me call back again next week to see how it goes....

    Woow...did she know how hard is it to call them and how many mins i waited...anyway, need to call them back to confirm again next week..

    any suggestions?

    How to fill I-864 if you have both W-2 and 1099 ?

    Is the 1099 related to the W2 earnings? ie: Bonus check not normally included in regular earnings? Or is the 1099 from a self employed endeavor? If you so you can check both and attach explanation if you are worried about it, or since you are attaching tax returns to go in packet, it probably explains the business on the schedules you file with the extra income.

    1099 and W-2 are not related.

    Two different company, 1099 just a small amount, the church issued it to me, they don't gave W-2 since i am not a employee to them..so i guess i should check both and attach a letter to explain it, that's safer...
