    The only thing holding me back is my joint sponsor employment letter he hasn't been able to get it... Does anyone know if this is neccessary because if is not im sending my doucments in tomorrow without his employment letter :) Thanks

      I didnt send my joint sponsor's employment letter, I was fine with just tax returns and pay stubs.

    Just got my basic life support certificate! Now working on FBI and other clearances.. I have to be productive, can't spend every waking moment worrying about when my GC will come :)

    Well, things are a little better now. Patri has promised to quit drinking again so hopefully that has a positive effect on us. Also, we're looking into living separately for a while, mostly so he can see how much work I put into making his life happen. He needs to grow up a bit and figure out his demons. Thanks to everyone for your support.

    Yesteday, I read from the USCIS Case Status Inquiry that our Petition for the I129F has been approved, and they sent the mail on May 31, 2011. COuld this be the NOA2?

      I dont believe beneficiary's employment status carries much weight in the matter. The petitioners or co-sponsor's will be the focus.

      Majority of the people in this forum are quite nice just sincerely willing to help but I do agree we have a bunch of people that see themselves as the 'elite' in the forum and feel their 'experience' gives them the right to be rude to others.
