i think it depends on the interviewer if the age gap is 10yrs or more maybe they will ask you so many questions.

Im an IR-1 visa too.. last year my nvc complete on the last week of may and have my medical done in june and i got the interview date on first week of july. the embassy will email you about the interview date and medical.

Im an IR1 visa. And I was interviewed last July 1, 2011. I did not go through online appointment I just went to my interview and they will give you a 2go form for the delivery of your visa and you will passed that after your interview..

I came here in the US with my son as an IR1 and IR2 visa.. Im just curious if my 4yr old boy will gonna get a 10yr greencard like mine or is he an automatic citizen since his father is a US citizen. My husband is also in the military Us airforce to be exact.. My son and I had an interview last July 1 and they needed to have us a joint sponsor. His LES is not enough. The embassy didnt honor if your a military they process your papers like others.

4months and we got approved. its was forwarded to nvc and process there for 6months. when his on deployment did he say that its ok to have a family with him there? i remember when my husband after his training he was stationed in london and did not allow to have an accompany there so we wait until he was stationed in US and filed a petition. and during deployment they do not allow an accompany there.

expedite processing if your husband is going to deploy you guys have to present a copy of your husband deployment. I thought it was easy too. They don't have special treatment if the petitioner is in the military. Normal processing like the other.

Im also a military wife (US airforce) we filed our petition last aug 24, 2010. its my interview date yesterday and the consul told me that i need a joint sponsor so it means their military cannot raise their own family hahaha! about expedite your husband have to do a letter to uscis.

mine is not under AR they did not said it to me. The co-sponsor they tell me it could be his friends, sisters or parents as long they are working in US. inform me if you get your visa.. thanks
