    guys, i want to help my friend.. anu-anong requirement kelangan ng fiance nya kung dito sila sa Phils magpapakasal??

      advice lang, mas mabilis ang processing ng fiance visa kesa sa spouse na bago ipe-petition papuntang US...but if still willing, kukuha sila ng legal capacity sa US embassy para mai-record ung marriage nila dito
