I-129F was received by USCIS on Feb 28th and I got my email notice on 3/2. Now I find out they approved it 19 days later? Shocked is all I can say. When I saw the letter in my mail from them I thought it was an RFE for not translating boarding passes. My gf bought a ticket to come visit me for a month here from mid-April to the middle of May. How long does the NVC take to get the stuff to the embassy? 3 weeks maybe? I'm thinking I might want to have her change her return flight to an earl...

I have no idea, I was just thinking that. Maybe they were having pity on the people from Japan and went through their stack and tried to approve as many of them as they could this past week. Interesting theory. Maybe I got the former JET Programme favor from a fellow alum working at USCIS. Who knows?
