    my husband go to PH too and i want to know if he need visa or he can file extension of his stay in our embassy in the PH and how much its cost to extend is stay without Visa

      Collnin, if a US citizen wants to stay longer than 21 days they do need a visa. Please do not give incorrect information. Moniquez please read this site. It clearly states as i had mentioned. http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_999.html

      Moniquez like i said before your husband will fly in as normal and then before the 21 days is up, go to the bureau of immigration and get an extension. If he doesnt do this, he will be fined before leaving the philippines for overstaying. I have travelled and stayed in the philippines for longer than the 21 days 3 times. Two times I had to do the visa extension and the last time I arrived with my wife, so i got the one year entry at the airport for free.
