Dear pinky toes , visa journey over the years has taught me that lawyers are a waste of time and resources. Re package UR documents yourself with what you mentioned and I am sure you will be fine! You can ask the lawyers for copies of the initial package sent in to confirm what exactly they left out. Sorry abt the rfe. Keep the hope alive

It's to see things are moving along. My RFE letter states that will have to shoe a "Good Faith Marriage" spanning from the time we got married until now. The issue is most of the bills are in my name (since my wife hasn't really established her credit yet). I was thinking about sending these things as additional evidence

- Ultrasound, medical docs (my wife is currently pregnant)

- We just bought a house. The mortgage is my name, but I will need to get the title/deed in her name as well because they want to see that we are residing together.

-I will send them our home insurance policy with both our names on it as well as car insurance.

-We have a new savings account with our name on it (although I have already sent them info on 2 of our checking accounts)

-Our most recent tax return transcript (I already sent them 2010-2011)

-I will need to add her name to a utility bill (I guess the phone bill is not enough).

Sorry to hear about your RFE. I am not sure if you sent in affidavit from friends and family confirming your relationship. We got letters from our pastor, mother-in-law and also friends as well. Best of luck as you repackage your documents. Goodluck to everyone too

This wait is killing :help: . I have a question though was wondering if anyone can advise. Does it mean I am eligible to file for citizenship come October this year? :bonk: I came into the states in Jan 2011 on a CR1 visa......But with my calculations and read ups I don't have to wait to get the 10 year green card if i am in the qualifying period( 90 days before the 3 years) pls correct me if I am wrong?

Well we all track it using that link. The question is on what letter did you get the receipt number you inputted into the receipt field. It should be a set of nine numbers that would start with 3 alphabets- example is EAC.........

Successfully completed my walk in biometrics today! I was there @ 11.30am and it was dead. Just about 5 of us! The receptionist said she wouldn't have let me except it wasn't so busy. When I was leaving @ about 12 the line had about 20 people! So I think going between appointment times is a better option.

Can someone update my timeline. I am on my phone and don't want to screw it up.

When I went for my medicals I was not told at the time of blood taking that I would be tested for HIV but when I went to collect the results they told me I was tested negative for HIV. so they do test but don't disclose to you. I did my test at kamorass hospital in VI, Lagos

Hey guys how are you doing? I have a situation going on and I need somebody who can assist me what to do about it. I sent my

packagr for removing conditions on 10/24 and received it on 10/25. On 30th I saw that they cleared my check, but I'm still waiting for my NOA but nothing yet. I know that it usually take couple of days to receive it after they clear check, but not in my case. I already called my local post office to find out if they had anything, but unfortunately they dont. I just called USCIS customer service as well and they told me that I should wait 30 days and if I won't receive it, after they will take some actions. Right now I'm

kinda freaking out, because if they mailed me my fingerprint notice and for some reason USPS couldnt deliver it, I might miss it. I'm confused because I don't have any kind of source to find out what's going on. Could anybody help me out with that? I was thinking maybe I should call USCIS again and tell them that it's been a month already?

Bro, i know how you must feel. but you have to be strong. some people dont receive noa1 and they just receive bio-metrics letter. They have cleared ur check which means they have ur package. wait the 30 days as described but i believe you should receive something before then. call uscis to confirm they have ur address updated... :bonk: . best of luck
