My husband is a US Citizen and I am Canadian - we got married spur of the moment on Valentines Day... I came back to Canada to tie up loose ends - We are trying to figure out a way to get me there quick - USCIS told my husband that it will take 18 months for my visa - and that I should come back and file adjustment of status - I have been told that this is wrong - So if anyone has any advice on how to get us together msg me...
