Got the interview done today at Chennai!!! Approved!! )! The questions above almost cover everything they asked us! Pre-screening & Main interview both were kind of casual, I was the last person to be interviewed...at 6PM!!

Tina,
I think Chennai U.S consulate is an exception. They take a validity of 6 months for PCC. But I think rest of the Indian Consulate takes 1 year validity.

I'm trying to get police clearance certificate In 2 weeks or so but i don't know the validation how do i find out validation of police clearance certificate before i get? Can i find out by calling Mumbai consulate in India? If yes then anyone can provide me phone number of it...
