Hi, My case was cousin marrige. I lived in wisconsin, which is illegal to marry your cousin. I had to move to a state that cousin marrige is allowed, which I did. once I did I sent them evidence that I lived there like lease job offer check from job, electtic bill and internet bill. after two months of me sending the information they gave my wife the visa.
