It is not possible due to work obligations, so either she will have to go back or wait two weeks. Ideally, I would like to wait the two weeks.

My Fiance is in America and she is close to her K1 visa expiring. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, we are unable to get married before her visa expires, so what is the penalty if she stays and we get married 2 weeks after it expires?

For our K-1 he payed for the application. I payed for my medical and I payed for the visa fee. Then we both payed half for the AOS fee $505 each. We felt it was a good choice to do for us. It worked and it helped us both instead of cleaning out savings of one of us to pay for it all.
That seems like it's fair. I thought I was doing the fair thing by paying for over half the costs, but she told me that when she went for the medical exam, and started to talk with other women there, they told her that their fiance paid for the exam and she was asking me to do the same (again). I explained to her all of the costs that have been involved (again) and tried to explain what I thought was fair. She does have the money, but she wanted me to pay as a matter of principal.

Hello. My fiancee is at the process where she goes in for the medical exam in her country prior to the interview at the embassy. I paid to get the K1 application and I'm going to pay for her plane ticket. Is it unreasonable to have her pay for the medical exam and visa fee?

Thank you for the people who have provided positive suggestions and screw the ones who have been negative and not understanding. It is not possible for me to have the marriage due to work calling me away from my home for two weeks and she was not allowed to come with me.
