Hi all

Now on 01-18-11 i sent the first RFE package which inclulded the PCC, Orignal MC, Official copy of BC, and my AOS package.

now on 2-7-11 got a second RFE which is about the BC and MC. what they are telling me the BC and the MC are not orignal. i told them to look at them agine and they told me it will take 10-15 days for review.

Now if they are not accepted what are my options to get this fixed or sent out to the embbassy? also can i request the case to go to the emmbassy for processing? also what is the best time to call them agine to see what they are going to do? Also can i go thru the DCF route if they cant complete the case?

any advise will be appreciated.

I believe it will be delivered on Monday.... usually government offices close on Saturday.

Call NVC and talk to a human Rep. on Monday and see if you can send it. Don't trust the AVR its not updated all the time . Best time to call is at 8:00 am.

Please read all I mean every single word carefully in all of the guidelines @ VJ. So you don't have to get one..... you know I got 4 RFE at NVC stage and now I am mad but if I came across this website at my NOA 2 I would of been done by now. There is one thing to do READ THE RIGHT STEPS and you'll be fine. Now just to let you know it will probably take me until December to send in ALL the missing Documents because I am currently waiting for the PCC. by the time it finishes it will probably be by the end of the month. Also they have to send it by mail or a close relative to me which will take about a week or so. So I should finish with everything by February all because i didn't pay close attention to the guidelines I was in a hurry to get a interview. So to all people in any stage PLEASE READ CAREFULLY . But like always God is Great.

Hi all,

Now I called NVC today to see what are the documents that are missing. They were 4 of them now i will explian what are they

RFE:

1: I-846 for pettioner: now i sent one for my co-sponser and did not send one for me because i though i didnt need one

2: original marrige Cert.: i sent my translated one because i thought it was certifed . I have it and can send it.

3: original BC for benificary: I sent a translated one . but i dont have it she has it in IRAQ now she can send it

4: PCC: I sent a letter stating that this document is not avilable in Iraq but they said it is avialable. Now she is working on it to get one.

now could i send RFE 1 and 2, and tell NVC that my wife will bring RFE 3 and 4 with her? Or should i Wait for her to send it to me and then send it to NVC in one package? which one is better.

Any help will be appricated.......

I will call them tommoro and wait for the e-mail.

for Co-sponsor yes for tax transcripts, paystubs no because he is on medical leave. he is a translotor for the ARMY, no employment letter but sent a copy of passport.

for sponsor i will call IRS Tomorow, yes for paystub but just got employed last month, will send a copy of passport i dont know if i should sent an empolyment letter

Since you don't count the same person twice, that entry will be 0.

Just recently found out that I have a RFE at NVC. but anyway I found out what I did not send by my self (no check list yet). Hopefuly thats my RFE.... now my question is for part 5 Q: 21 "If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse" what should I put 1 or 0. She does not live with me. Also I have a sponser that is sponsering her only, not me and the sponser, since I didn't make enough last year. I got married this year.

Now I propebly found out why i got a RFE i thing becuse i didnt send my I846 form with my sponser i thought i dont have to send one that is the only thing i can think of not sending but i will find out on monday.

guys help..RFE... how will i know what docs are needed to submit again...i just recently called NVC and it was only AVR and said we have missing docs...do i need to wait for checklist if yes how many days for checklist to be send to our emails...and how many weeks for rfe to be reviewed,,,

Wow i called NVC today too and they told me about an RFE . I just hope its something simple but could I find out with a human operator what the RFE was on monday?. I just want this phase of the procces to be over with

How many daYS b4 nvc will enter a docs after receiving it…bcos my husband send my nbi on oct 25 and as I track it on usps it is writtern there that NVC received it oct 27..im so worried that it might be lost or something...

Dont worry same thing happend to me it took them about 10 days to put mine in the system you should be ok.

First of all, study the guide properly. Especially, in your case, study that EZ guide which will digest faster for you.

First question to ask is to get your NVC Case#. If ready, provide both the petitioner's and beneficiary's email addresses without the spelling mistake.

Penguin_ie is right it took my dad 1 1/2 years to get off AP . Man was that hard for me and my family

the thing was he overstayed in iraq for 6 years and he had a green card.
