      the great thing about VJ its that u will find people from EVERYWHERE here... just do a "search" with ur city name and the topics will guide u to the answer to ur question...

    does anyone in here got a I-797E form asking for more evidence ? I need to know what happen after you summit the info

      after u submit whatever they requested, the process keeps it course as it was, once they receive whatever they requested, they will check that its the right thing and your "countdown clock" gets set back to day 1...

    hello evryone!!! its that okie that i send 2 paystubs only?? i can't wait my fiance next paystub on saturday..i want to send it now to the embassy.

      try to get the letter modified to also state that "has worked permanent since xxx date"... ask him to check around his papers, he should have old paystubs around the house... the more the better... :o)

      it will depend on the person who receives it, if you can add a letter from her/his employment place stating that her/he has worked there for such long and makes such $$... that should be enough...
