Hy everybody, my I-130 was just a regular aproval I did not ask for expedited aproval,my process was in Vermont and they received my I-130 in July 14.Good lucky to everyone....

Hi everyone,

I hope there's now where else another "july filers" topic somewhere on the forum!

We sent our I130 on june 28th and we got the NOA1 on july 6th ,do we need to get the forms for NVC ready now(tax return, 864,DS230)

It would be nice to share this with people that applied for the CR1 the same time with us.

Yes I am "july filer" and I got my Noa2 last Thursday you can check my timeline good luck............

Did you do any expedite? I think your I-130 was filed in VSC, right?

No I did not do any expedite, for me was a big surprise since it seems that they are working on aplications from march and april and yes my I-130 was filed in VSC.

I got my noa2 last thursday my case was aproved in 62 days, I am surprise e very happy....
