    Did you have the tax report for 2010 at your fiance's interview?? I was told it wasn't required because the tax period just ended but wanted to make sure...

      Do I need to have the 2010 tax report now? I just remember that it wasn't required before (because the year had just started...) but now that its mid-year will they require it?

      Yes, he had it, but I don't know if they asked for it. My apologies for not finding out more. My son broke his leg in 3 places and I've been in and out of Dr.'s offices and the hospital.....

      I oraganize the visa application form on top, then affidavit of support with the letter of emplyment, tax transcripts and last 2 months of paystubs,then all the other gov forms, proof od relationships. Just make sure everything is organize and label so when they ask for each form he can provide it quickly without having to look through all the docs. I had a folder that had multiple pockets

      and label each pocket with what was there.

    I was told that you don't return anything (packet 3, etc) until the day of your interview. Also, I have heard some people run into problems with the traditional ceremony as it actually symbolizes marriage in Ghana. I don't think its a big problem with immigration, but I personally didnt want to risk the chance of have any problems. So if you do it, I wouldnt use the pics as part of your...
