  1. The I-130 inquiries email replied to the email I sent on Monday with the following:

What. I'm the beneficiary, so I guess maybe they messed up and meant beneficiary when they said petitioner. I didn't say anything about an attorney in the email since we're not using one.

    Still nothing from Ms. Barrows.

i got an email from USCIS said that i should receive response at the end of Feb on Monday....... but it's the end of Mar now....sigh....still no NOA2 :crying: :crying:

  4. I wouldn't worry about that message too much,.,, it's the same one I received a few days ago. I bet it really means you'll be getting an NOA2 soon! Keep hanging in there!! The messages are confusing, but I'm confident it's not truly representative of where you're case currently is.

hmmmm.....i dont worry about that mess anymore because a lots of us got the same mess.........hope my NOA2 is coming this week. :innocent: :innocent: :innocent:

  5. This is my life through USCIS:

Transfered to from CSC to TSC to CSC now to TSC ..Now iam in the lost HELL Hole /

And everyone . I have cantected Senators' Congressman, They have to useless..Never a response from them. Alao many times to Ms Barrows And Mr. Badger

.. Of course Contacted Ms Barrows. And Mr Badger as well..They have answered me rhwt would look into my petition .. Even to tell me it was at a peron desk .,..

I think i have found the lost hole in USCSIS

And I can now mentioned a few other things. I have a medical exdedite [Oct.] that was given to them in Oct. of 2010.. They cant answer for that at all.. Hoplessly lost I am sure..

Like I said let them answer now and explain to my wife how all is going backwards..

So I have not said much in this blog // But I do see what people have to fight for ..

We figth its a given right as far as I am concern in my country .Unless you are a shithead ,moron..

    which we are not..

I want a true explanation and direct expedite all the way though to the Embassy..Anything else to me is unexceptable..

    Share your feelings please ..

    This is only my opinion..

But I bet I am not alone..

same mine....ms barrows told me that she is looking into my petition and response to my husband today.....but i got nothing from her......
