8 MONTHS STILL NO APPROVAL.............SUPER UPSET :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

We got approved on Friday! It took a few days but Angela Barrows pulled through for us. I'd definitely suggest that anyone else still waiting on TSC drop her an email.

i didnt email to TSC but i received email from them on Monday and today......it said my case will received response till end of Feb, 2011. i think uscis mess up something. i am waiting for an approve email instead of it :wacko:

The I-130 inquiries email replied to the email I sent on Monday with the following:

What. I'm the beneficiary, so I guess maybe they messed up and meant beneficiary when they said petitioner. I didn't say anything about an attorney in the email since we're not using one.

Still nothing from Ms. Barrows.

i got an email from USCIS said that i should receive response at the end of Feb on Monday....... but it's the end of Mar now....sigh....still no NOA2 :crying:

On March 11, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Finally got my approval while I was flying over the Pacific to join my wife!! Now I get to tell her face-to-face in about 2 hours here in Hong Kong!

how did you get the above status update? do you have to send email to someone or call someone to get the exact step the application is at?

I wouldn't worry about that message too much,.,, it's the same one I received a few days ago. I bet it really means you'll be getting an NOA2 soon! Keep hanging in there!! The messages are confusing, but I'm confident it's not truly representative of where you're case currently is.

hmmmm.....i dont worry about that mess anymore because a lots of us got the same mess.........hope my NOA2 is coming this week. :innocent:

And everyone . I have cantected Senators' Congressman, They have to useless..Never a response from them. Alao many times to Ms Barrows And Mr. Badger

.. Of course Contacted Ms Barrows. And Mr Badger as well..They have answered me rhwt would look into my petition .. Even to tell me it was at a peron desk .,..

I think i have found the lost hole in USCSIS

And I can now mentioned a few other things. I have a medical exdedite [Oct.] that was given to them in Oct. of 2010.. They cant answer for that at all.. Hoplessly lost I am sure..

Like I said let them answer now and explain to my wife how all is going backwards..

So I have not said much in this blog // But I do see what people have to fight for ..

We figth its a given right as far as I am concern in my country .Unless you are a shithead ,moron..
