@happyheart: yah nung November 23, 2010 pa pala na complete case ko.. Ngayon ko pa nalaman na december na..hehe.. I just depended sa AVR kasi eh..hindi pala yun updated. You need to speak to an operator talaga..haaay Thank GOD... =) so ganu katagal magwait ng appt letter and interview date?

may interview sched ka na ba sis? i called NVC ngayon kasi sabi ng automated voice response may missng documents daw.. yun pala, completed na ang case sa NVC last NOV 23,2010 pa... antay nalang din ako ng interview date for my husband... tell me pag may sched ka na ah.. halos magkasunod lang tayo eh.

i think we have the same case.. they say ds230 was missing but i guess they have not opened my package yet. So we don't have to send another ds230 again, do we?.. are we just gonna wait and ignore the RFE?

Oh my Gosh! ur right.. I waited about 5 mins, I keep contacting and finally was able to connect.. However the AVR says I have missing documents!!! what could that be? I double checked everything before sending it to them.

how long have you guys been waiting na from the time nag case complete kayo? im just wondering bakit gnun katagal makapa-sched..

@homer: same here; my NVC status says "awaiting biographic information from petitioner" which we already sent 2 weeks ago..maybe AVR aint updated.

@criselle: oh i see.. P.D. is April 2010... I tried to contact NVC but didn't get any luck of speaking to an operator. Lines were always busy.

hey homer, got any updates regarding your status? hmm haven't heard from NVC since the last time we sent the DS-230 to them.. how long should we wait before the case gets completed?

by the way, from which country are you from? I was just wondering coz it also depends on the embassy abroad how slow or soon they'll be scheduling the medical exam and interview...

Wow that was quick eh? As for me, I'll be sending my Affidavit of support today. I also just received my I.V. Bill thru email... I'm gonna pay it on Friday. Did you just download the DS-230 from their website?

aww.. don't be.. konting tiis nalang, last step mo na yan. kami nga ng husband ko, nasa AOS pa. Hope you could get here in the US before christmas. LPR ba ang asawa mo or citizen?
