    How is the process of ROC going?

      I filed on March 18th and received my NOA today! Yes I am working plus we have moved to a city & bought a house closer to my husbands kids so I have been very busy! How about you?

    New Year and still no Green Card :( Why?????

      I did talk to tier one this last time and that is how I finally got an email response from USICS :(

      The website still says card in production from Aug 27th...I have called 2X's and placed service requests(1st time was told they never even placed the production..2nd X they emailed please wait 90days for delivery of GC) that was on Nov 12,2012!! Uggg

    Okay...so annoyed with USCIS...still no green card delivered to me..and now my licence is being suspended bc of it!!!! WHY does everything with them be so hard?!?!?!?!

      You would think it would be but the lady at the DMV said it might not be...so I am in limbo for both issues :(

    Okay...so annoyed with USCIS...still no green card delivered to me..and now my licence is being suspended bc of it!!!! WHY does everything with them be so hard?!?!?!?!

    I am so over waiting for this Green Card to be sent to me. It was June 18th when I was approved!! WHY is it taking so long to get it?!?!

      Yes, I called and put in a service request...so we will see how long it will take them to get back to me and get this thing solved :(

    YAY!! Finally got an e-mail saying they made a descision and I checked the website this morning and it's says Descision now instead of Intitial Review!!!!! How long until I get GC??

    So called USCIS and she said it should be one more month to hear anything!! So maybe I will have my GC by my b-day in June!!! LOL

      GC is being processed at the California service center, I believe. When you apply for AOS and EAD/AP all together they "seem" to approve the EAD/AP first then move on to look at approving GC (this is generally the case) from my understanding!! I hope that helps explain it. How are things going in your neck of the woods?

      GC is being processed at the California service center, I believe. When you apply for AOS and EAD/AP all together they "seem" to approve the EAD/AP first then move on to look at approving GC (this is generally the case) from my understanding!!
