    Happiness begins. Our life together. The Embassy seemed kind of rushed,,they asked the NBI and three Questions. Were does your husband work? How Many kids does your husband have if any? How much money does he make? Jane your approved,,that's how it went!! All this worry and Docs for nothing.

      hi jane.. how long did u waited for ur k3 petition to be approved?its been 3 months since my husband filed for my k3 visa.... im currently working here in singapore ...and want to go bck to philippines soon ...i tried to get police clearance but they said they stop issuing.... perhaps u can advice me in this matter..thanks..u can email me at reyviealtar2@yahoo.com.sg

    Has uscis been closing all the i-129f (k-3) and just going with the i-130 (cr-1/ir-1)??Has anyone gotten a k-3 recently?

    Me and the wife married in the Philippines May 3rd, we are starting to fully understand the implications concerning when she will set foot in the U.S.. WE see now that k-1 is much more faster and easier. Is there a way to only do the I-129f instead of the I-130 since we already filed both.
