EAD card in production, interview 7th July.

yes send ds 230 part one X1, ds 156 X2, Ds 156K X1 but i sent 2 lol. Ds 157 X2, Ds 2001 and covering letter, with LND case number, WAC number, date of medical. Wedding date. I put in i still intend to marry rebecca in 90 days but you dont have too. Ref to the medical they are really nice, try to relax i didnt and they can ask you for other things.

Just wishing you good luck for your medical. There is a backlog for interviews. We are on the list from 23rd dec said it might be mid feb at earliest,

I took 2010 w2 and 1040, i had last 3 years but they didnt ask 4 them

You just pay extra to get it back earlier in the day thats all, i paid 6 to get bk before 10am.

Just to let you know i got my visa today, only took 3 days to process Happy, leaving on the 7th

Its great, not really sinking in yet, prob will after we are married in just over 3 weeks. POE was so simple, didnt ask me anything. Not long till your interview, when you thinking about coming stateside?

Its going great, get married on sat. Yes i applied, you will need passport and birth certificate. Was strange as the guy said i hit the 10 day cut off, but dont know what that means. So go on your tenth day in the states. Hows things with you? Are you adjusting?

Just to let you know i got my SSN number yesterday and opened a bank account yay!

Yes you can and you can pay for the visa, they email you a reciept, mine is printed and signed ready lol.

Congratulations. So happy for you. Yes we sent our certified copy we went down and got it done, if you send it, it takes a few weeks. The fun and waiting games begin, nice hearing from you.

EAD has been approved and interview is on 7th July

No to the local office to speed the process i think, as they can be a backlog at CSC. I spoke to customer service level 2 yesterday, as i couldnt check my cases online. She said case was fine and then today i get interview date, you should ring if you have not heard anything. Can you check your receipt number on the website?

Hi guys, i had my interview on fri 28th jan, and i got my visa in my hand 3rd feb. They tell you when you go it will be 7-10 working days.

I justreally panicked on theday. I went to my docsand it wasbetter. How high is it? If its undercontrol you will get the visa.

for packet 3 you need ds 230 part one, ds 156 in duplicate, send barcode page and attach american size pasport photos. ds 156k i ent in duplicate and ds 157 in duplicate. also cover letter stating lnd number, wac number, date of marriage, date of medical and email. Also send ds 2001 checklist aswell. Send special delivery. I sent on 8th dec, they hav processed everything justawaiting interview
