Hi everyone
Just when i thought I was all done. I got an RFE because the Knightsbridge doctors lied to me about having my vaccinations at my GP. So I've had to pay another $200 for another medical so he can sign my immunization records.
Long story short, I had my TB skin test which has come up as positive as I had my TB shot at high school with the rest of England. I'm now left with the following problem,Another chest xray which will come back negative like the last one but................
The Dr's here then assume that I must have latent TB (Dormant TB) and will give me a 9 month course of medication to take.
Has anyone else come face to face with this issue? I'm pretty freaked out about all this, just when I thought I'd be done finally with this whole visa issue, something else pops up.
Please help me out............

It so confusing, i wish they just had the forms and evidence explained in plain english sometimes

yeah this is for my k1 visa.
So last years tax return, last 3 payslips, employment evidence (letter from employer stating salary, length of service)? is that it?
thanks guys

Hi guys
I'm struggling to get my head around this form. I've read all the instructions but I'm just in need of some clarification.
Can someone who has completed this form please let me know the evidence they submitted to support their form.
This is our last step and i just want to make super sure that we have everything.
Thanks guys

Don't worry everybody, just seen that this is not needed for K Visa applications, MODS please delete if necessary thanks

Hey Guys
Sorry to ask what might seem like a simple question, but I've been trying to read through what the vaccinations/boosters I need to have before my medical, also am I correct in thinking I can have these done at my local GP?
Do i need anything else to book the medical?
thanks again guys

I was just wondering what everyones experience of sending the readiness form and the time before they got an interview date?
I just sent pack 3 back and am gathering the information ready to send the readiness form and just wondering if its worth sending the readiness form before I have all the paperwork?

I understood that hence why i wrote what I wrote, but the question wasn't regarding the re-entering the US, It was purely the Jamaica question I was unsure about. I'm sorry that I needed to ask the question. Its my first time at this.
-
You answered your own q.
And think about the visa you got - it's a FIANCE visa, not a spouse visa. You enter as a FIANCE, you get married within the US.
Ok Lisa thanks for POINTING that out to me, I don't know where i would be without you POINTING this out

Ok thats great. would we need any special travel docs to travel to the US Virgin Islands?

Hi everyone,
I just have a question that I need a little advice on.
Once we have been granted the K1 visa (we are currently at the NVC stage) I am of the understanding that once you enter the US you are unable to leave and re-enter.
I was wondering if for example we were to go to Jamaica and get married there, then fly from there to my POE and then file everything is this still in the boundaries of the K1???
Any help with this is greatly appreciated

Sorry has been whirlwind 2 days but on the 25th and 26th we received the NOA2 email and letter respectively.
Thank you so much board for helping me keep the faith!!!!!!!!!!

So I just thought i'd update you all on our situation and hopefully if anyone has had similar and have moved on they can help us out. 2 days shy of the 5 month mark we received an RFE for a form that was definitely DEFINITELY in the pack. We know for sure because we made a table of contents and had copies of the form to hand.
This was the 12th December, we returned the form instantly, then on NYE we got an email to say on the 22nd they received our missing info and should expect a decision within 60 days.
To me it stinks as if they have just bought themselves an extra 2 months. Just wondering if anyone else has had an rfe and if it moves quicker once they acknowledge the rfe response

i'm really hoping this is the start of something good. Does anybody know, if they send you an RFE how do they do it? letter, email, notice on the uscis site?
-
Hey, did anybody else get touched today??? We did. Not sure what to make of it yet.
Hoping for some good news

Lucy I know the feeling, it feels like it will never happen
I'm so pleased ( and lets be honest, very jealous) for the July filers that have been notified.

Just out of interest did USCIS send you the text message?
Did you status say that it had changed anymore after the 10/03/10, sorry for all the questions I'm just trying to find out so I can keep an eye on ours
Congrats

We filed at the beginning of July, and our NOA1 came through on the 14th July. I guess its just a waiting game. Shame I suck at waiting lol

Well Knightsbridge told me that I could have my vaccinations at my go on the nhs as long as I provided a letter from my go confirming this.
Uscis said this isn't enough.
