    i know mate, id never really heard of panic attacks until a year or so ago. i get them now and again, its the worst feeling ever isnt it. absolutely horrible. to be honest here in Bham they dont help you at all really. give you meds then off you go, no follow up or anything. health freak, i was a runner, used to run 400m - but ups and gym would kill me then, and more so now!!
