    yeah,my SAR and acpo came back clean and no trace. ive had 3 SAR's and all came back blank since 2005 so Im fine. My waiver is for the overstay.Its got to show extreme hardship which we can prove easily.its just the delay it causes unless it gets expedited. Ah, you mean the visa waiver programme. yes thats for no convictions. An i601 is for convictions. tho i think 1 dui isnt an CMT
