    after your conviction - good choice - ive seen loads of people do that and then get done for misrepresentation. you have your acpo cert and stuff then right? mine came thru clean which was a relief! my overstay was cos i looked after my wife and then i got really sick, i got a hospital letter to explain it all and dr notes. been told we might not need the waiver - due to humanitarian ground...
