You been waiting only for 5-6 weeks, which is very normal, so don't worry. Normal Processing time is 5 months for these type of cases, but if you have no problems in the case, this should get approved much sooner than they say. GOOD LUCK

No I did not had any REF at all. I mailed the petition on 02-12-2010 they received it on 02-16-2010 and I got the notice of action NOA1 on 02-20-2010. Since then my case was in intial review. I did a lots of inquiries and I was told that back ground check is not complete. And all the sudden I checked the computer and saw case is approved on 09-22-2010. But I did expedite request few days before.
