Its been 140 days and we just got touched. I am not sure how I should feel. Am I supposed to be worried or happy?
-
Same here :-( I checked USCI case status, email, text message and the mailbox over 20 times today and nothing. Maybe I will check one more time tonight LOL or just repeat the same process again tomorrrow until I am officialy insane.

Thing have been crazy! I am really glad to see some movement in the approvals. All the 15 most recent approvals of fiance Visas from CSC are with in a week. Beats not seeing anything for over a month. Congrats to all who were approved last week :-) Keep the flow going and it wont be long till all of us get approved.

Thanks for the responce. I did some reading on old VS post and the way to solve the problem is to create a new account with a new email address. I did this and it is working all is good again. Did not get approved yet but am confident that will in a few days :-)

Is anybody else having trouble signing into your account? All the aprovals and I cant even check mine :-( to see if touched. I can check my case status with the wac number but when I sign in I get the following error message
Sign-in to My Account
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
•Login failed. Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.
•Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer
I even changed my password but no luck with the sign in

Most of your electronic equipment wont work in the US because we have different voltage. Electronic equipment is less expensive in the us also. You have to evaluate if it is worth bringing and using a converter or just to puchase new when you arrive. I am sure someone else on VJ can answer the rest of your questions in regaurds to how much you can bring and any taxes.

As fast as CSC move the flowers will be all dried up and in a crumbled pile before anbody even knows they received them. Then they will sit in a pile on someones desk for 4 months....
-
Looks like the cut off or stop date was petitions sent after May 24. Since this date only a couple of approvals on VJ
-
Well its October Let hopes it is a much better month for approvals than September. I am taking advice from other posts and going to schedule another trip to the Philippines. At least this is a timeline I can control LOL and It beats waiting for USCIS to approve. Besides it will be a good time to break my new addictions-VJ (Igor’s list) and USCIS (case status). I used to check the sites everyday to see if I was approved now I Check a few time a day and would be happy just to see anybody in the end of May, June or ??? with approvals!

Gary,
That sound like some good advise. I will contact our senator John McCain he should have some pull in Washington. This should be important to our state representatives since we are in the middle of some major immigration issues in Arizona. Sad but it is easier and less expensive for an immigrant to illegally cross the border that to go thru the proper immigration process.

Not even a touch since June 22nd.
Has anybody from CSC even been touched in the past month?
-
Exactly the same I also filed on June 10 and NOA1 on June 16th. I am impatiently waiting for NOA2. It would be encouraging just to see CSC approving the remaining May petitions. At least we could see some movment We are hoping for January or February Interview

$1000 per year you could make that mowing lawns. If you want to be together you will find a way to get work and money. You have made it this far in the process and you are going to give up now???? If I could be in your position in the process I would not let the lack of employment or lack of money stop me. You need to dig in and finish what you started or you may regret this decision for a long time. If you cant find a job then make your own. Not trying to be rude but know if there is a will you can find a way. The question is how bad do you want this?

WOW! I take 3 or 4 days off of checking VJ and come back and everybody is breaking up
. Hang in there the process and distace takes a toll on relationships. This know from expirence. Its hard to sit at home alone on the weekends and watch all your friends going out to enjoy with there BF, GF or spouse but I know the best is on the way for me so I wait.
