i am K1 visa holder and here in PA going to have a medical exam

but when my k1 visa medical was done in pakistan , no vaccination was given to me

even no report or copy of any report was given to me..all that closed envelop that i delivered to embassy

and i dont have either the vaccination record from my childhood that i got vaccinated for polio measles etc etc

so what i should do now?

and how much does it gonna cost me here for shots?

and i asked for a USCIS doctor for medical fee ,he said around $210.00

but i have not any single paper for any medical or vaccination

so how i will go through this medicallllllllllllll?????????

and 1 more question.. for joint sponser.do i need any suppliment form to I-864??? or the same form should be filled twice by the both sponser..( my wife & uncle) ???? guide me please..

i am going to file AOS here in PA as i am K-1 visa holder.. married to US citizen..

i got my Social scurity card (valid for work only authorizes by DHS) ..

now should i apply for work authorization with my AOS that I-765 or not?

is that social scurity work authorization whatever that is enough for me? while my AOS is pending?

i m k-1 visa holder and i m just married here in PA with my fiancee (USC).

we got marriage license and will send to county office in a day or two. i wonder how can i get social security number so that i can use it on joint bank accounts or cards or utility bills etc..which i will have to show to AOS interveiwer where it is required.. i am in tha USA more than 2 weeks.. dont know what do now....help..i am now starting to gather things for applying AOS...

i have a question that i m moved to new address with my fiancee from the address we mention in the visa process. so how we can apply for address change?

for marriage license we gave them our new address..is that going to be a problem? in their record?

may we can wait until we get license and get married..

and we will change our ADdress when we will apply for AOS? will it be ok?

my Medical Xray film has been demaged.. an oil spot on the mid of the film is appeared and can not be removed..

and spot is like 6 7 diameter .( a big one) ..it is visually clear one but spots are there..

i wonder at POE when they ask me for xray film will this cause a problem for me or it will be okay?

please give me a advice...

now i want to change my fiance's address who is in pakistan

as he moved his home in some other address in the same city

how can i change his address
