i am so disappointed with USPS service. I doubt i will ever use them again. IndigoSkies- Would you say it'd be helpful if i send someone in Bangladesh to the Dhaka main office for postal to go check up on the package ? or would you happen to know anyone or anyway for me to sort of speed this process up?

I just happened to stumble upon this thread and i am facing the very same problem. Is there anybody who can help me out? please.

I sent my fiance a package on 25th of august 2010 to Bangladesh. It left the U.S on 27th of august 2010 but hasn't been received in Bangladesh yet. i called the 1-800 no. but they couldn't provide me any information either. it was supposed to be delivered there in 3-5 business days. An investigation had been started on 31st of august but nothing has come up yet. They told me the same thing that it may take from 6-15 days or even 30 days to find out where it is. I am so disappointed with the USPS service and customer service. Not only can they not give me any information, they are extremely rude above that.

I sent some really important papers along with some gifts and memorable items.Is there anyone at all who can help me out with this. please.
