      Original Divorce Decree stays in the court just like a birth certificate. We only get copies. There is only one original, you and your ex, lawyers get copies.

      Did you have to wait for or receive an "eligibility letter" from USEM before you can make an appointment?

      OR

      Were you able to make an interview appointment after you paid the MRV fees? If so, how did you do it?

      HELP, Any Information is Appreciated.

      The above petition has been approved. We have sent the original visa petition to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC). 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909. The USCIS has completed all action, further inquiries should be directed to the NVC.

      The NVC now processes all approved fiance(e) petitions. The NVC processing should be completed within two to four weeks after receiving the petition from USCIS. The NVC will create a case record with your petition informatio...

    hello everybody..anyone can help me wt to do next after we got the notice of approval ?we just read it thru uscis status..that we are approved..can we call the NVC for our mnl case #?not waiting for the letter from the embassy?if we have that #,can we now pay the visa fee at BPI?just confused..thanks in advance.,,ur advises are very much appreciated..
