hsingh661 got a reaction from GhLove in I applied for K1 in July but still no approval?
I thought my fiance would get a visa in 5 months after i filed for her, is that not true? If i have to wait 150 to 180 days just to get the K1 approved, then it would take another 5 months to have the papers sent to India, and then the consulate there do their process, that means it might take 10 to 11 months for her to get a visa .... is that right?
