you can ask the lagos consulate thru mail and you will be told what to do cos they mailed me the site to go to and download the forms that are in packet 3 and 4. except they have started mailing the packets again. i will advise you to just mail them to know maybe they will mail or you can download the forms cos their sending it may take forever.

hi, i think it will be better for the person going for the interview to just take the documents needed and leave all other things not needed at home except someone will be going there with you that u can leave your properties with outside. they dont allow most things like phone, metal, makeup and all sort of things that we ladies put in our bags and you will find it very difficult and inconvenient to start bringing things out of your bag, the secuirities may not help you with keeping them.

so decide on what and how you want it. good luck on your interview

We were approved just today and used only the DS-2035. No RFE's and were approved in less then two months.

I agree with Patient, get the vaccines transcribed. As for the name, I think you should use your married name. One less headache to deal with during the name change process.

yes you can use your married name no problem because on the form it ask for your married name and maiden name...... To be on the safe side In my opinion I would get the vaccines transcribed....Good luck good to see you around again

hi sorry for the experience and like you said you wont give up cos it is just a step to your destination. i think the best and easy thing to do is for your man to get his own phone record here in nigeria cos thats what i did.

he should prepare an affidavit deposed to in any high court registry, write a letter addressed to his service provider ( maybe mtn, glo, multilinks etc) stating what he needs it f orand make a photocopy of any of his photo id.

he should take those to the headquater of the service provider and i think they will give him like 2 weeks to come back. all the above can not cost him more than 2-3 thousand naira

hi i believe you dont have any problem, my interview was scheduled 2 weeks after the expiration of my noa2, i contact the consulate and was told there is no problem that they knew before fixing the date.and i think they are allowed at the consulate to add at most 4 months. for better clarification, you can call or email your consulate and hear from them. take care

i think it will be best for both of you to have a time that can be a bit convenient for both of you.i and my fiance talk everyday in the early hours morning (before he sleeps and before i go to work) or when he is on his way to work when am already at home from work. just try and work it out between both of you cos you understand each other better. best of luck

hi i dont think i really have much to say here since the system is new to me too but i believe nothing is impossible with god.

why not get a lawyer to really explain everything to you well,you may not neccessarily engage his service in filling for you but its better to understand the implications before you start any documentation

an immigration lawyer will know better.hope i've helped a little just trust god.
