    Looking forward to the olympics in London. It will be good to see the Brazilian National team play. I think the US women's soccer team has a legitimate chance this year.!!

    Counting down the days until we head home to Pittsburgh. We leave monday evening headed to JFK... Then from there to Pittsburgh sometime Tuesday afternoon.

    ; OMFGosh!!! Aaron and I just spoke to a TIER2 person, and you know what they said?? We have to wait until 4th of JULY!!! USCIS got a response from Vermont, that they need 30 more extra days!! That would be over 8 months since we received our NOA1!!!!!!!! This is f*cking ridiculous!! Excuse me for my language, I'm just pisssed!!

      Did you guys get a RFE?

      Aaron should definitely be intouch with a US Congressman or Senator. You are outside normal processing time "ONPT" and should be eligible for an expedited request. However, if you did receive a RFE, then this doesn't count. But I did not see one on your timeline. Good Luck and don't give up.......

    The RFE response was delivered today at Vermont office! We can't wait to get our NOA2! :)

      Now it won't take long!!! Very soon you guys will gets yours too!! =] John is coming tomorrow, and he'll stay a whole month before the interview with me, and we'll go together, and then leave... I'm so happy!! Great luck to you guys!!

    Ahhhh life is so good right now. I am able to go to Sao Paulo earlier than expected. I leave Monday afternoon and will be there Tuesday morning, May 2nd, and see my beautiful baby again. We both are so excited to see each other again after 4 months of being apart. This is my 5th trip to see my honey and if all goes to plan, she will be coming home with me this time. I am just on cloud 9 right now.

    We got the hardcopy of our RFE today. It's something simple, thank Goodness. My fiancé forgot to answer question 2 of the part C (page 3) of the I-29F. It's regarding to ever been arrested for something, the answer is no. Simple as that. :) He is sending the reply for thia on monday, Apr 25th! Hope we get the NOA2 soon!!!! :)

      Yes I agree with the above. Just wait until you get the request for evidence (RFE) and then give them exactly what they want and you will be on your way to NOA2. It is usually something really easy and just something that was missed on the application. You will be OK..!
