    My fiance and I have been waiting for the interview date for his fiance visa interview for along time now. Even after countless phone calls and assurances that they have all the forms & info required, we are still told no activity. This has been going along time. It would be nice to get something done asap. We do have a life to build together and our wedding has had to be postponed several times during this wait.

      i am sorry to hear this, this is why they tell you not to make any plans, there are alot of things that seem to hold it all up

      congratulations on getting this far so far :) just remember in the interview to keep calm and try not to be nervous if you're too nervous they might tend to think it is because of deception and not just because of the process

    77th Day after NOA1 and I think VSC is faster because got rid of all October, November and December filers! If thats the case, we may be within 30 days of approval.

      if you are the petitioner nothing left for you to do but wait, it will be a long wait, the beneficary i suppose could pre fill out the paperwork required for that embassy, but not much point as they have a limit of 6 month validity

    Please help from UK VJs, do u think its a good idea to call and ask for interview schedule? my medical is on may 23, and maybe i can have my interview on the 1st week of June...

      i don't think it is possible, they will usually just schedule a date for you, it is usually a month or there abouts from when you recieve the letter so i would assume the very earliest it will be is the 15th of June, could be a while after that though, i would expect for you to have an interview before the end of June

      by all the forms i assume you mean the 2001, 230, 156, 156k, and the 157, all the proof of relationship and stuff you keep ahold of

      that is what you're supposed to do yes, as i did just what the 2001 asked for and they wrote back saying i needed to send the rest in
