      I emailed them over and over again. They do not reply to your emails until you bore them. After the 3rd email, someone replied back to me saying an adjudications officer is currently processing my case. And I was approved 3 days later! You have to make some noise to get their attention. My feeling is that they put you in the back of the queue if you remain silent since they think they have other high-priority cases to work on. Their email is vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov.       Calling the USCIS National Customer Service Center is useless since they work on obsolete information as the service centers only supply them with current data once in the middle of every month. If you call them now, they will probably still tell you they're working on July cases when VSC has clearly moved into the middle of August. Good luck!
