GREAT NEWS GUYS... my husband received a letter from the embassy on the 17th reuqesting him to redone his medical exams since they had been expired and once he had the results to drop them off with passport at the Embassy so that they can issue the visa.. Well it was all dropped off on Aug 1st, they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks but that it would probably be ready in less time.. I CANNOT wait to have him here in...

Almost going on 9 months of AP and still NOTHING :'(

Got the response to the email sent on Tuesday and this is what it says

Just called the Visa Information Center regarding the report that was made on Jan 15th , well NOTHING They sent a new report and told me to wait another 4 to 6 weeks!! FML when will this nightmare end? :(

Nothing else to do while in AP but wait I guess .. I miss my husband so much

Called The Visa Information Center where you pay the US$7. For once I actually get a super nice agent by the name of Ramon. He asked for all my information and asked why I was calling. Told him that I was previously told that once I reach the 90 of AP to call back and go from there. He said that it was correct and place me on hold so that he could fill a Report (on the report it is asking the embassy for an update and asking why it has not been completed). 90 days today since our case was open for Administrative Process.. Just Called and was told by a very rude again that we are STILL under AP :'( This is soo frustrating and stressful :'( All I want to do is cry and cry..

Some days are just so much harder than others... I miss my husband sooo much

I can;t take this anymore It was 60 days yesterday that our case was open for investigation under Administrative Process and I was told to call once the 60 days were up for the updates and the next steo depending on the results. I call today and they say case is still pending you have to wait until 90 days are up so call back by Jan 9th.. Again I am going to be all alone for the holidays I don't have any family here and I can't afford to go see him plus I can't get the days ...

Yes thank GOD our visa has been approved but they said that there was a administrative block and that something on my husbands case was not entered yet so we had to wait to that to be taken care of.
