same here, AVR says they received my IV packet and its in a review.

Dont worry everything will work out fine.

I called on 1st NOV operator able to gave me NVC#. (I was on phone for 45 min)

Try to get operator. Because my NVC # was generated on 25th OCT. I called on 28th Oct AVR was still saying They haven't received my case at that office.

Just want to give a suggestion Call NVC after 5 - 7 days for your case # do not depend on them like I was.
