I called NVC today to update my case since it s been 3 months that i am waiting for my wife interview.they said they are still giving visas for those who filled on the 8th of september 2013, and my case was filled on the 10 of the same month.the think that i can t understand is:the visa billten of june they went back to may 2012.do i have to wait for one more year again to get an interview????????????

The visa bulletin for may 2014 they were working on september 8th 2013 and for may 2014 they went back to 1st may 2012. It doesn't make sense?????????!!!!!!

Any body from morocco get his interview date.i have been waiting for an interview fir my wife for almost 3 months.that s crazy.

Most of the members know my story.because I was buzzy with work on 2012 I didn t get time to go to morocco to get married,I decided to do a proxy marriage on May 2012 at the same time I submitted I 130,I got an answer on July saying we need more evidences but at time I didn t get much evidences.so I decided to submit a new I 130 with strong evidences exactly on august 2013.on November 2013 I get approved for the new I 130 and at the same time denied for the old one due to luck of evidences.i went to Morocco 3 times plus I met my wife twice in Istanbul.besides calling each other every day plus money-gram every month the whole 2years plus pictures.....

Now I am waiting for an interview it s been 2 months.

My questions are: during the interview do u thing the old I 130 ganna affect us?what are ur other advices my friends?

I filled my wife s I 130 on September 2013 it gets approved on November.my case was complete in NVC ON 12 of February 2014. Do u have friends any idea about my date interview in CASABLANCA embassy?

Yes my case was completed in NVC.i called them they said as soon as we get an interview we will inform you.i also called Casablanca embassy they said we did nt receive UR file yet?sooooo confusing

My wife s file was closed in NVC it s been 7 weeks and I did not receive the appointment yet?

Is that normal ? Do I have to call Casablanca embassy?

Yes I met my wife several time in morocco as well as we meet each other in turkey during my vacation.yes I am from morocco and she is too.

No I mean during the interview is it too hard especially my first I 130 got denied?

Because I just a got a new job I couldn't travel to my country to marry my wife,so I decided to do a proxy marriage I send my I130 on May 2012 and I got an answer on July 2013.they were asking for evidences that if my marriage was consummated prior to date of filling my i130,unfortunately,it wasn't.so, I took a lawyer he adviced me to file another one. We did on September 2013 with all the evidences that I have,thanks good after two months it was approved.i am done with the Nvc too just waiting for the interview date. My questions are:

How many days you should wait till u get an interview with Casablanca embassy?

Do you thing my friends is tough to have a visa from Casablanca even if I got approved from USCIS?
