When you call NVC, ask your MNL case number and when did they send the papers to USEM. They will be asking you for your name and your fiace's name, date of birth, your NOA1 number like WACxxxxxxxxx.

Passport lang need nila. Kahit wala ka pa MNL case pwede ka na magbayad! 1 year naman expiration ng fee eh! Then call NVC in in 30 minutes. Alam ko di sila busy this time.

Just bring your passport when paying at BPI. You can call at NVC. I told Roan to call NVC and she got her MNL case number now.
