yes po! if im not mistaken, once they have the hardcopy, that's the time they gonna send you that letter (usem letter). So, while waiting for the letter in the mail, you can call and set an appointment for your interview.

my fiance just called the embassy today and im scheduled on December 9th, 7am... I have two friends from VJ, they are scheduled DEcember 1st and 8th..

you can have your medical even if you only have the letter from the embassy with the manila case number.

i am feelin so happy right now. When i woke up this morning i checked the immigration site and it says our 129-F petition is approved and they mailed a notice on Oct. 19, 2010. So does that mean that we are receiving the NOA2 in the next couple of days?

You make us laugh. NOA2's are taking atleast 160 days. You have a bit of waiting to go. My suggestion is that you not worry about this for another 30 days. Then worry. For now accept the fact and enjoy your life. Get your NVC documents ready if you want to do something.

i just want you to know that most of the K1 filers here in my country received their NOA2 in less than 3 months, that's why most of May and june filers are getting worried and a bit anxious with the process. I know its gonna be the waiting game, im aware of that. I know what to do to get my mind off of it.. thanks!

it's a sad story, sorry that happened! She indeed took advantage on you. I could say you are a good man with a good heart so i hope you move on with your life and yes theyre right, ure lucky to have a wonderful daughter. You truly deserve someone better than her and someone who wont leave you just like that.. We are all dying to be together and she just wasted that opportunity for personal intentions i guess.

it's really sad that we don't have NOA2 yet, its been 4 months now. Im hoping to hear something from them very soon. Havent heard anything if our case is touched, since June 9 that they received the petition. Am i alone on this? im a bit worried!

It's been 111 days from NOA1, til now no NOA2 yet... its been 4 months, what's wrong with CSC? I dont know what's our status now, if it's touched or what...anyone with same situation? We are May filer...
