    Adoptation and termination.

    I have a 6yrs old daughter. I am 3yrs. married to US citizen. The bioligical father of my daughter is not here in USA. Me & my daughter are immigrant here with greencard holder. My husband wants to adopt my daughter but it said we need to file a affidavit of termination of parental rights of bioligical father. We dont how to do that because i dont know now where is the bioligical father of my daughter. My daughter grew up with my husband since she was 1yr. Old and she never knew her bio father. All she knows her dad is my husband. How can we start the process of the adoptation? Since the bioligical father is not here in USA.

    i have a 4 yrs. old daughter and i am married with US citizen... my husband wanted to adopt my daughter.. but the bioligical father of my daughter is listed on her birthcrrtificate, do we really need to contact her bio dad to get a consent? the problem is i dont know where he is now.. and never talk to him since my daughter is 1 yr. old... is it possible for us to adopt my daughter wirhouth a consent of her bio father??

    is there anyone here filed K1 For AOS with K2? Because i got my NOA1 but my daughter's NOA1 for AOS and travel document, they dont email.. is it possible that it will be follow? do i have to call USCIS?. we sent everything together with my application and application form for my daughter at the same time...

    Is there anyone who have the same situation with mine?

    Put your bags on a cart that you will find right there. Take it all thru the customs area which you will see right next to the baggage area. Get your paper from customs & pass thru the check out area. Go up the ramp & straight out the doors in front of you. Go across the first drive area to the waiting area in front of you. Look up to find the signs that indicate where to wait for a shuttle bus. Leave the cart,put your bags on the bus; tell the driver what airlines you need.

    It is within walking distance if you want to walk. Go out the doors of T Bradley. Turn right, T # 4 is the next building. Easy walking distance.

    Departures are on the upper level.

    thanks for the info.. we have 5 hours layover maybe we have enough time to transfer in domestic airport.. :)

    my flight is Manila to LAX then connecting flight AA with LAX to DFW.. do i have to get our check in luggage in LAX then check in again in AA counter?.. or we will get our luggage on our final destination?.. its my first to have a connecting flight thats why i dont know the procedure about luggage.. pls. help... thank u in advance.. :)

    NSO did not ask me what is my purpose to get a cenomar.. but they put FOR REFERENCE... i think as long as it shows that u are sinlge and never been married, it will be fine.. :)
