sis ano yun did you call them or they sent you a mail?sis jan 25 yung noa2 ko pero wala pa din sa nvc eh. when did u learn sis?i call them everyday via the automated voice response system.

@mike and gen, yes i called them and they gave our manila case number.. try tomorrow because we got approved january 24th.. maybe tomorrow you have case number...
