Well, I still think it wouldn't hurt to e-mail ur congressman - yes, the USCIS are overloaded with petitions, but that doesnt mean that we cant do anything to try and expedite, right? All of us know how hard it is being apart, so I vote for pro-active waiting!

yes thats true..its really hard being apart..i really want to be with mu husband as soon as possible...this is getting me crazy...why is it that USCIS is to slow to process april filers..y some other cases approved for only 3 or 4 months..=(..i still have 4 days to wait after that we try to email our congressman and will call USCIS again...=(..tnx guys for support...
